System Usage & Licensing
a. Free Access
Some systems (or components thereof) may be made available for free use or trial. These are limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
b. Licensing
Full access to any ARCHTEXT™ system (including but not limited to Primordia™, Sentinel Pro Se™, IMMA™, or TeachYoung™) requires a valid licensing agreement. Licensing grants usage rights, custom integrations, and support, but does not transfer ownership of the platform or its underlying intellectual property.
c. Intended Users
ARCHTEXT™ systems are designed for schools, creatives, re-entry programs, advocacy groups, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking clarity, empowerment, or performance optimization.
No Legal Advice (Specific to Sentinel Pro Se™)
Sentinel Pro Se™ provides AI-generated legal document support and education. It is not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is formed. Use of Sentinel does not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and filing any legal documents generated.

All systems, symbols, content, logos, workflows, and documentation are the property of Inquiring Minds LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or white-labeling of any system without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ARCHTEXT™ systems are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee results, uptime, or compatibility with third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Inquiring Minds LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any ARCHTEXT™ system.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any ARCHTEXT™ system if a user violates these terms or acts in a way that disrupts the integrity of the platform or its mission.
